VIP Fashion Night @Marinabaysands

Hi y'all, blame ME for my super lack of blogging recently :( But now, let me give you a flashback about my VIP Fashion Night trip in Singapore two weeks ago. Yeah, i felt very honoured to attend VIP Fashion Night with Jeannie Mai at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. My 3day/2night trip at Marina Bay Sands had left me some precious moments.

DAY 1

We had lunch at "db Bistro Moderne" by Daniel Boulud. It's not my first time to have lunch here. But I've tried the dessert for the first time, Durian Souffle with a Mangosteen Sorbet. It's very light and so fresh in my mouth!

Then we had a chance to take a look Banyan Tree Spa. Oh how i love the atmosphere! It feels like you wanna be there all day long...

Ned Kahn's Rain Oculus is a 22-meter diameter acrylic bowl set on 90 ton steel and acrylic structure. So cool!

After we had got a chance to take a first looks at the SpringSummer 2013 collection at Bread & Butter with Fashion Stylist, Marcus AC, we had a dessert time with Ryan Witcher, Marina Bay Sands Executive Pastry Chef. He made many lovely and pretty desserts. His love of combining sweet and savoury flavor combinations have become his trademark.

 

TADAA, time to chit chat with Jeannie Mai (an American makeup artist, fashion expert, actress, and TV personality. The inspiring host of Style Network's How Do I Look?) She's so bubbly and adorable! The funny part is when she asked where I bought my outerwear, I replied "It's Target" She was shocked and said "You must be kidding me, I can't believe it!"  :))

DAY 2.

We had a beauty session at Sephora! Yeay, it was a very fun time! Nail - patching! Lovee it!

 

Then we got tips and tricks of an express make up demonstration featuring products from Make Up For Ever. Woohoo! Look at us: Heidy, Wina, and me.

Had a Power Lunch at Guy Savoy. This is my favorite restaurant! Got a taste of the new TGV menu - 'The Express, 60 minutes Experience'. They are so YUM! Look at the pretty dessert below:

We attended the Art Science Museum to see the Art of the Brick. There are so many stunning displays of intricate scluptures made from LEGO bricks. They are awesomeeee!

Runaway for VIP Fashion Night.

There are so many interview with many fashion experts and skype-ing with VIP Fashion Night Hangout Guests. There are Khun Kidd (High society, recognised fashion figure in Thailand), Daniel Boey (one of judges in Asian Next Top Model) on stage. My favorite hangout guest are Joe Zee (Creative Director of Elle magazine US) & Kandee Johnson (Top YouTube fashion & makeup celebrity).

That was a very great night!!

I felt so blessed because I could enjoy unforgettable experiences at Marina Bay Sands. 

DAY 3.

Time to go back to the reality...

In Silence

I still wish it were a part of your April Fool's day trickery.

Now reality just came to me. I'm kinda afraid to see about my future. This year has been really rough so far. Many things happened. Bad and good. I don't wanna let this year being a strange year for me. I know there are still so much beauty in the world to keep me going. I have to make it happen. My feelings never goes wrong, because I just feel and want to make it right.

By the way, I just landed at home after another express getaway with my mom & dad in Singapore. I feel so blessed because I have the greatest parents in the world. These are some pictures that my mom took for me in Garden By The Bay, Singapore. What a beautiful place!

La Fleur

March is here, I knew  that I've missed my February post, although February is my favorite month, esp on February 14th. La fleur is always everywhere on that day. La fleur is French, in English, it means flower. I don't know why, I just love saying that word. La Fleur. Well, from generation to generation, women and la fleur can't be seperated. La fleur is a symbol of life, beauty and love. When women receive it, they will feel beautiful and incredibly special. That's why I (as a woman) love La fleur thingy.

If you have 4 seasons in your country, perhaps it's the start of the spring flower bloom season and.. I'm sure you already have some La fleur clothes. La fleur print clothes are very popular during spring and summer. Since I lived in Indonesia, I don't need to wait the right season to wear La fleur collections, so it always becomes my favorite daily outfit to complete my sunny day :D La fleur is a classic pattern in the history and world of fashion. You will never feel too young or too old when wearing la fleur print clothes. For me, I just can't get enough to have it, not only clothes but also the accessories, bag and other fashion thingy. Finally my first post in 2013! I had my New Year in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore with my beloved family. Here we go, 2013! New journey of us! I haven't made any resolution before, but let me do it right now.

It's very seldom for me to wear a long denim. But if I feel in the mood of wearing denim, I pick my Opus Dei by AYE! Denim. I find it comfortable. And it's surprised me that Opus Dei just fit me how I want it to especially the length of the jeans. No regret! :D

Then I'll give you some pictures of our last AUTUMN WIPE OUT at @NINOTCHKA_JKT. I met with my lovely girls Sonia Eryka, Anastasia Siantar, Clara Devi, and CIndy Biantoro. They just made my weekend perfect. Thanks to friendly buyers too, I feel blessed :D

Santa is Coming to Town!

Welcome back, Sunday! I just feel Sunday is a perfect day without thinking that tomorrow is Monday, right? Well, in the last 2 weeks in a row, two of my childhood friends just git married. I'm very happy. Time is ticking so fast. Last week I became a bridesmaid of the pretty bride, my bestfriend. There were so many things happened, one of them was I missed my flight, whereas that was the last flight of the day and I had to be in the bride's side early morning. I can say last week was one of the most tiring day but it was worth it because I can see my bestfriend's smile :)

Nowadays, I don't know why, I love to wear any kind of headpiece. Maybe it's because the-wedding-syndrome? Ha ha.
